Return & Refund Policy – My StudyMate

At My StudyMate (Online Brand of Maa Santoshi Stationery), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of stationery products and wholesale dealings, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

❌ No Return / No Refund Policy

• Once goods are sold or delivered, returns or refunds are not allowed. 

• This applies to retail as well as wholesale orders.

⚠️ Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional circumstances, a return or refund may be considered only if:

• The issue is reported within a reasonable time

• The matter is reviewed and investigated by management

• The decision is solely at the discretion of management

🔍 Management’s decision after necessary investigation will be final and binding.

Important Notes

• No cash refunds unless approved by management

• Products must be unused and in original condition (if applicable)

• Proof of purchase may be required
