Before Purchase Confirmation: Once the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed as the materials are delivered digitally.
Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or purchase, please contact us immediately at contact@mystudymate.online. After verification, we will initiate the necessary adjustments.
Digital Products: As our materials (e-notes, PDFs, quizzes, online content, etc.) are non-returnable and instantly accessible, refunds are generally not applicable once the product has been delivered.
Special Cases: Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment has been made.
